Thank you Phil for sending me a new latch! As soon as I took the old latch off of the crate the latch pin fell out of the latch mechanism. It appears that the latch pin holes were drilled a fraction of a millimeter off.
I appreciate the immediate response and professionalism you and your company showed me in getting me a replacement latch asap with no questions asked. I’m very happy with level of customer service I received. Thank you for standing by your product!
Furthermore, I noticed that the new latch I received was thoroughly inspected and well-greased before shipping to ensure the highest quality. The new latch works phenomenally well and I couldn’t be happier.
