Thank you Phil for sending me a new latch! As soon as I took the old latch off of the crate the latch pin fell out of the latch mechanism. It appears that the latch pin holes were drilled a fraction of a millimeter off.
I appreciate the immediate response and professionalism you and your company showed me in getting me a replacement latch asap with no questions asked. I’m very happy with level of customer service I received. Thank you for standing by your product!
